This document sets forth the data handling practices of the application identified below. It describes what information is gathered during your use of the application, the manner in which such information is processed, and the measures taken to safeguard it. We encourage you to review this document periodically, as it may be revised from time to time.
As Data Controller, we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
Age Restriction: This application is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. If you are below this age, please refrain from using the application or providing any personal information.
We gather only information that is necessary for delivering and enhancing the application's functionality. The categories of data collected, the collection methods, and the rationale for each are described below.
Device and Usage Telemetry
When you interact with the application, certain non-personal technical information is captured automatically, including the device type and model, unique device identifier, operating system version, and timestamps associated with your activity. We also record your interactions within the application — features utilized, content accessed, errors or performance anomalies encountered. This interaction data is transmitted and uploaded to our server (toblog.tobsnssdk.com) via a secure network (HTTPS).
Additionally, device and network connection details are gathered to optimize your experience. Depending on the context of your interactions, your privacy settings, and the features you engage with, the following data elements may be collected:
SDK/API/JS code version, IP address, platform identifier, timestamp, application identifier, application version, distribution channel, independent device identifier, terminal manufacturer, operating system version, language locale, timezone, network state (Wi-Fi, cellular, etc.), CPU utilization, battery consumption, screen resolution, memory usage, storage usage, SIM operator, SIM card country, Google Play release status, ad loading strategy, ad platform and placement identifiers, screen dimensions, SIM operator name, and OS version.
Information captured via the Android ID is tied to your device to maintain advertising behavior records throughout your use of the application. We treat this information as personal data.
Geographic Data
Location information — derived from GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular network signals on your device — may be collected after you grant location permission. This data enables the provision of location-relevant services or content. Transmitted location data supports service delivery; in the event of application crashes or technical issues, diagnostic information (crash details, device specifications, relevant system logs) may also be collected to facilitate resolution.
Telephony Disclaimer
The application does not request READ_PHONE_STATE or READ_PHONE_NUMBERS permissions. We do not collect phone numbers, IMEI, or SIM card information. However, integrated third-party SDKs (AppLovin, Pangle, Unity, and Mintegral) may attempt to access related data for advertising purposes.
Third-Party and Partner Data
We may receive various data regarding your activity within and outside the application from business partners, suppliers, and third parties — including device data, application usage information, and advertisement interactions.
Analytics Instrumentation
Consistent with standard mobile application practices, we employ analytics tools to gather information regarding application usage, device health, and service performance. Such tools may record usage frequency, feature engagement, event occurrences within the application, aggregated performance data, and the source from which the application was downloaded (i.e., which application store).
Data We Do Not Collect
We do not gather sensitive personal information such as your name, email address, financial details, biometric data, or precise geolocation — unless you explicitly provide such information for application functionality.
Data may be provided directly when you enable content features (such as the drama widget) or grant system permissions.
We utilize Firebase, operated by Google LLC, to process certain categories of data (detailed in Section 3 below).
Where feasible, your data is stored and processed in an anonymized manner. We are unable to personally identify you, except by device type for the purpose of crash reporting.
The personal information gathered through our services is utilized for the following purposes:
Should we process your personal data for purposes beyond those enumerated above, we will disclose this to you. You retain the right to limit how we use your information; however, exercising such limitations may affect the availability of certain features or services.
We collaborate with various third parties and service providers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share aggregated demographic information — not linked to personal identification — with business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes described herein.
The specific third parties with whom data is shared include:
Firebase Analytics — monitors usage patterns and crash data for application improvement.
Google LLC operates as a Data Processor under our instructions. Data may be transferred to the United States under Privacy Shield or equivalent protective mechanisms.
Firebase Crashlytics — captures crash events for diagnostic purposes.
Firebase Performance Monitoring — measures application performance characteristics.
Short-form drama content is provided via Pangle SDKs.

User information is stored and processed through Google Firebase infrastructure, which provides secure data storage facilities. We implement the following protective measures:
We apply commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. We cannot warrant that information transmitted to or stored within the service will be immune from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Retention Period: User data is not maintained on our servers beyond the duration necessary for service functionality.
User Responsibility: You bear responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and controlling access to communications between you and the service. We bear no responsibility for the security practices employed by third-party services.
Service Provider Sharing
Non-personal information (including usage and device data) may be shared with third-party service providers who assist in operating and improving the application — including cloud storage providers, analytics tools, and crash reporting services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality and security of your information.
Important Disclosures:
Regarding telephony data: the application does not request READ_PHONE_STATE or READ_PHONE_NUMBERS permissions. We do not collect phone numbers, IMEI, or SIM card information. However, integrated third-party SDKs (AppLovin, Pangle, Unity, and Mintegral) may attempt to access related data for advertising purposes.
Regarding installed application data: as a Launcher application, we collect information about your installed applications (including app name, package name, and version) to provide core features such as the app drawer and quick launch. This data is stored locally only and is not uploaded to our servers. However, third-party advertising SDKs (AppLovin, Pangle, Unity, and Mintegral) may access this information to monitor ad performance and improve ad relevance (for example, avoiding promotions for already-installed applications). All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS, and information is anonymized.
Regarding dynamic code loading: the application does not employ dynamic code loading techniques (DexClassLoader, DelegateLastClassLoader, or InMemoryDexClassLoader). However, integrated third-party advertising SDKs (AppLovin, Facebook Ads, Pangle, Unity, and Mintegral) may utilize these methods for legitimate purposes such as optimizing ad delivery performance and complying with platform requirements. All dynamically loaded code is sandboxed within the SDK environment and verified for integrity by the respective providers, in full compliance with platform policies. These practices serve solely functional purposes and are not employed to circumvent compliance requirements.
Aggregated Data
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data with third parties for research, marketing, or other business purposes. Such data contains no personally identifiable information.
The fundamental purpose of a Launcher application is to display and manage all user applications. Accordingly, access to the installed application list is necessary. Specific uses include:
Beginning with Android 11 (API level 30), Google restricts application list visibility. The default permission scope (GET_INSTALLED_APPS) allows visibility only of the application's own package and recently interacted applications. The Launcher declares QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES to present a complete application drawer; without this declaration, users would encounter an incomplete application listing.
As a user, you possess the following rights regarding your personal data:
Direct all rights-related requests to service@utootime.com.
Given that most data is collected anonymously, device-specific details may be required to process certain requests. For data managed by Firebase or advertising partners, we may forward your request to the relevant third party (such as Google LLC or AppLovin).
Response Timeline: We endeavor to respond within 30 days. Complex requests may require additional processing time.
Via Google Play: Open Google Play → navigate to the application details page → select Uninstall.
Via System Settings: Settings → Apps → locate this Launcher → select Uninstall.
Via Another Launcher (if not set as default): If this application has not been designated as the default Launcher, it remains visible in the app drawer of alternative Launchers (e.g., Pixel Launcher, One UI). Long-press the icon to initiate uninstallation.
For users located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area:
This application is not developed for children and is not directed at individuals under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). If you believe we possess personal data collected from a child below the applicable age threshold, please contact us at service@utootime.com.
Users between 13 and 18 years of age (each a "Teen") may access or use the application only if: (i) both the Teen and their parent or legal guardian have agreed to the applicable terms of service; and (ii) the Teen operates under parental or guardian supervision and with explicit permission.
If you authorize a Teen to use the application, you accept these terms on behalf of both yourself and the Teen. You further acknowledge sole responsibility for all Teen usage of the application, regardless of whether such use was specifically authorized by you.
We reserve the right to modify this document periodically. When material changes occur, we will provide appropriate notice through available channels. Your continued use of the application or services following any such modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
